The online application process, eCareer, was introduced in April 2008 to replace the PS Form 991.
eCareer includes facility for postal employees to search for available jobs and post their applications using
the United States Postal Service's LiteBlue Website.

To access eCareer from www.LiteBlue.usps.gov, click the My Life tab. Under Calendars on the right side of
the page, look for Internal Jobs, and then click on eCareer.
